DO YOU WANT TO RETURN AN ITEM?



You have 14 days from the date of receipt of your order to return a purchased item. We will only accept items in their original condition, as they were delivered to you: they must not have been worn, used, altered, damaged or be without their original labels (either inside or outside).

HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?

You can return items you have purchased by logging into the returns portal following these steps:
1.

Enter the order number and the e-mail address used at the time of purchase.
2.

Select the items you wish to return, the quantity and the reason for return.
3.

Select the designated courier, print the return label and attach it to the parcel.
4.

Pack the item properly and take it to the nearest pick-up point.

Remember that:

  • You may return an item within 14 days from the date of receipt of the order.
  • You only get one return label per order.
  • Each return must contain items belonging to the same order.
  • The refund will be credited to the same payment method used during the purchase within a maximum of 14 days after the returned goods have been checked at our warehouse.
  • Shipping costs, if any, will not be refunded.
